This website does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser, has no forms and does not use any analytics or advertising tools. That is why we do not show you any cookie notice.

Data controller

What data is recorded and why

When you visit the website, the server records technical data about each connection: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the server’s response. This data is used only to keep the website secure and working, for example to detect attacks or errors.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). These logs are kept for a short time and are deleted automatically as new ones are generated. They are not used to find out who you are, they are not combined with other data and they are not shared with anyone, unless required by law.

Where the website is hosted

The website is hosted on our own server, rented from OVHcloud, in France, within the European Union. The connection logs are stored on that server.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps

The WhatsApp, Instagram and Directions buttons lead to services provided by other companies. The website does not load anything from those services until you tap or click those buttons. If you do, each service will process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, by writing to lopd@llardelsjubilats.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
